Asian Spa experience: worst massage experience ever. Massage was good, rest of place poor. People laying around, kids crying, jack hammer going in next room half of my massage. Would not recommend. We had no idea what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised. Must have a Deluxe Mekong River room.
Room was huge with really comfy bed, staff were very friendly. Fab location. Highly recommend, about to go for a massage in their Spa now. The rooftop bar is used for parties and functions, and features high-volume karaoke in the evening SERVICE: staff is friendly and helpful, though takes it easy BREAKFAST: rather poor for the Western palate, no fresh bread, mainly Asian options, but eggs made to order ROOM: my room on the 7th floor was very spacious, clean and efficient, with excellent noise insulation; it had a terrace overlooking the river, giving marvellous sunrise view; the bathroom was extremely spacious too and with everything in good working order; walk-in rain shower.
WiFi: more or less reliable in the room, working very well in the lobby OVERALL: in view of the low price, this is good value for money and pretty much the only comforable option for the Western traveller in Kampong Cham. Stayed overnight during a motorcycle tour of Cambodia. Great hotel situated across the road from the Mekong river.
Nice rooms, clean, very good air conditioning, great views from rooms on the higher floors. Came with a free drinks voucher at their Sky bar, good night time views from the open windows.
We arrived very friendly staff, but everything in the room was not working the fridge was not connected with supply in, the tub was leaking, we run out of toilet paper!
